This policy explains what personal information Marketivae collects through marketivae.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

Who we are

What information we collect
- Details you send through our forms: your name, work email, company name, website, the challenge you're facing, the service you're interested in and any message you add.
- Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp, and the contact details that come with them.
- Basic technical data: when you submit a form, your IP address is used briefly to prevent spam and abuse.
- A single preference stored in your own browser, which remembers if you closed the announcement bar at the top of the site. It is not a cookie and is never sent to us.
We don't currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call if you ask for one.
- To prepare your free growth audit and written plan.
- To deliver services if you become a client, and to manage that relationship.
- To keep our website and forms secure and free of spam.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We never sell your personal information, and we never use client data to train public AI models.
Our legal basis for using your data
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on your consent when you submit a form, on steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, on the contract itself once you become a client, and on our legitimate interest in running a secure business. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:
- Our website hosting provider, which processes form submissions.
- Our email delivery provider, which sends form submissions to our inbox.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us there.
- Professional advisers, or authorities where the law requires it.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and for no more than 24 months if you don't become a client. Client records are kept for the length of the relationship and afterwards for as long as legal and accounting rules require.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email us and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
How we protect it
Our site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it, and we review our providers' security practices before we use them.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
